CINCO RANCH (Covering Katy News) - Fans of the Katy Sip N Stroll should not procrastinate when it comes time to buying their tickets because it's not a matter of if, but when the final ticket is sold according to organizers.
Covering Katy News has learned that the VIP section sold out two weeks ago and event organizers expect a third sell out in a row for the general admission tickets to the fundraiser for The Ballard House, a home away from home for people who are seeking treatment for life threatening illnesses.
The Sip N Stroll is Katy’s largest and most established wine and culinary festival. This will be the 18th edition of the twice yearly event.
"Ticket sales are running way ahead of our sell-out-fall and spring shows," said organizer Clifton McDerby. McDerby confirmed that there are no VIP tickets available.
Katy Sip N Stroll, presented by Kroger, will take place on Saturday, November 2nd at Villagio Town Center on Peek Road at the corner of Westheimer Parkway.
The signature bi-annual event is expecting 2,500 plus people again this year. An all-inclusive ticket offers guests an evening enjoying and discovering culinary creations from more than 35 restaurants, 200 plus wine selections, an extensive craft beer garden and three live music stages.
