KATY/STAFFORD (Covering Katy News) - Covering Katy has confirmed that the two new In-N-Out Burgers in Katy and Stafford will open on Friday, Nov. 22, 2019 at 10:30 a.m.

The chain's marketing department confirmed the openings on Thursday morning. There was also a small crew at the Katy location early Thursday morning preparing for the big day. 

The Katy facility has been under construction for months and on Thursday morning the property had been clean of all construction debris and the parking lot had been washed clean too.

Steve Schneider will manage the Katy restaurant located at 1010 Katy-Fort Bend Road at I-10, and Carlos Guzman will manage the Stafford restaurant at 12611 South Kirkwood Road at the Southwest Freeway. Collectively, they have 36 years of experience with In-N-Out Burger.

Each location will employ approximately 50 In-N-Out Burger Associates with a starting wage of $12 per hour.

Both restaurants will have one drive-thru lane, with seating for 74 guests. All In-N-Out Burger locations are open daily from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. and until 1:30 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.

In-N-Out was started as California's first drive-thru and has locations throughout California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Texas, and Oregon. In-N-Out was founded by Harry and Esther Snyder and is still owned and operated by the Snyder family. None of the units are franchised. 

In-N-Out-Burger has also announced plans to open at the Willowbrook Mall at Highway 249 and Cypress Creek Parkway.
