KATY (Covering Katy News) - Construction on the Clay 99 Industrial Park is underway and the first facility, building 5, is expected to open and be available for lease in February 2020 according to developer Duke Realty.
Building 5 is more than 430,000 square feet. It is is a logistics building designed for companies that are moving products in large scale with large trucks. It's being constructed on 24 acres off Clay Road near the Grand Parkway. It will feature docks and bays for trucks to load and off-load products. Outside of the building will be a 190 foot truck court on both sides, 100 trailer spaces and 347 parking spaces for cars.
