Julio Chavez and his Which Wich team

Julio Chavez, seated, with his employees. Chavez likes to give back. This picture was taken after his team met at 6 a.m. to make more than 1,000 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for Humble-Atascocita non-profit organizations.

KATY (Covering Katy News) - The American dream is being lived by Julio Chavez who dropped out of high school to support his family by making sandwiches for Which Wich and now he's a successful franchisee who owns three stores, two in Katy and one in the Woodlands.

His two stores in Katy are located on South Mason Road near the Katy Freeway and the Target Plaza on Westheimer Parkway in Cinco Ranch. His original store was in Humble. He sold that location and and purchased the two stores in Katy. The Woodland's expansion came later. Chavez hopes to open more stores in the years ahead.

KHOU aired a feature story on Chavez and you can watch it below. It's inspiring.
