KATY (Covering Katy News) - Seven Katy Independent School District student athletic trainers were recently awarded Sports Medicine scholarships from Memorial Hermann Katy Hospital.

Douglas is heading to the University of North Texas to study sports medicine. Veeder will study medicine at the University of Texas San Antonio. McMasters plans to attend Stephen F Austin State University to study athletic training. Walker will be attending Texas Southern University.
