State Names Royal ISD Student a Hero

Royal Independent School District sudent Epiphany Wilson recently received the Texas Student Hero Award from the State Board of Education.

The award recognizes Texas public school students in prekindergarten through high school who do outstanding works of service to benefit their fellow students, schools, and their communities.

Only 15 students out of 5.3 Million students enrolled in Texas Public Schools receive this honor yearly.

Royal ISD is based just west of the City of Katy in Pattison, Texas. In addition to Pattison, the district also serves the City of Brookshire and the community of Sunnyside.
