RICHMOND (Covering Fort Bend News) – The Herrera family along with the Central Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon cutting to celebrate the grand opening of Alicia’s Mexican Grille with city officials, business leaders, and the community, at the new Richmond/Sugar Land location on Wednesday, March 6, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
“We opened the first Alicia’s restaurant because my dream was to create a legacy for my family and to support and give back to the community,” said David Herrera, owner and operator of Herrera Restaurant Group concepts. “We’re excited to bring our family recipes and excellent dining experience, and especially to provide job opportunities in the Fort Bend community.”
Guests are encouraged to stay for lunch after the ribbon-cutting ceremony. Alicia’s Mexican Grille will host an all-day grand opening celebration and offer free chips and queso during happy hour, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
