SUGAR LAND (Covering Fort Bend News)—Planned Community Developers, Ltd. announced today that Asian-Hispanic fusion restaurant Zero Degrees will open its fifth Houston location in Lake Pointe Village East later this year.

Zero Degrees is known as the Home of the Mangonada, a mango slush with chamoy, Tajin seasoning and mango chunks. Zero Degrees also offers other specialty drinks and high-quality snacks.

“The cafe is well-located so customers can enjoy a meal or refreshing specialty drink on the patio overlooking the water,” said Jennifer Fogle, director of retail leasing and sales for PCD. “We are thrilled to expand the many food options for our community by welcoming Zero Degrees to Lake Pointe Village East.”

The new restaurant will occupy a space of more than 1,800 square feet at 1525 Lake Pointe Parkway, Suite 400, in Sugar Land.
