SUGAR LAND (Covering Fort Bend News) — Planned Community Developers, Ltd. announced today four updates to its tenant roster, including new leases and expansions at Sugar Land Town Square.
“The tenant growth and expansion we are experiencing is a testament to the quality facilities coupled with the diverse shopping, retail and dining offerings at Sugar Land Town Square,” said Don Janssen, principal, PCD.
ICON Clinical Research LCC, a clinical research organization providing consulting, developing and commercialization services from a global network of offices in 37 countries, is slated to open its new Sugar Land Town Square office, totaling 10,099 square feet, on March 1.
In addition to ICON, the following three businesses opened new leases in the past few months:
Western Container Corporation (WCC) –– Established in 1979, WCC is a preform and bottle manufacturing company with four production facilities, including one in Houston. Its new corporate headquarters, totaling 5,670 square feet, officially opened in Sugar Land Town Square in January.
Syntex Energy –– An authorized distributor of quality valves and industrial products for onshore and offshore oil and gas exploration and production facilities, Syntex Energy officially opened its 1,211-square-foot office in Sugar Land Town Square in late 2018.
Contract Land Staff, a nationwide company that specializes in right-of-way acquisitions and land management consultations, completed its office expansion totaling 1,608 square feet in November 2018.
