Richmond mosquito spraying

RICHMOND (Covering Fort Bend News) - The City of Richmond will spray for mosquitoes after dark, inside the city limits on Tuesday, July 30 and again Thursday, Aug. 1. A second week of spraying will occur the following week, Tuesday Aug. 6 and Saturday, Aug. 10.

Rain provides for standing water which gives a place for mosquitoes to breed. Residents are asked to remove any standing water around the outside of their home and on their property. Residents should check their property for stagnant water- pools, bird baths, broken flowerpots, clogged gutters and old tires and toys.
