Addie Heyliger

FORT BEND ISD (Covering Fort Bend News) – Addie Heyliger, Fort Bend ISD Board Vice President, has been recognized as one of the 2019 Top 30 Influential Women of Houston. The award program celebrates the accomplishments of a diverse group of women who share a commitment to business growth, professional excellence and the community. Honorees encompass tenacity, discipline and diligence, and have broken barriers in their respective fields and left an indelible mark on the face of Houston.

Heyliger has served on the FBISD Board of Trustees for more than four years. She was elected to the board in May 2015 and re-elected in 2018. She is the manager of the Portfolio, Release and Integration Office at CenterPoint Energy and is an adjunct professor at Houston Community College. She is an active member of Women in Energy Network and serves as the Partnership Co-Chair, the United Way Young Leaders, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority and The Links Incorporated. She also is a member of the Fort Bend Church.
