FULSHEAR (Covering Katy News) - The widening of FM 1093 continues in Fulshear and that means there will be some traffic changes beginning on Monday, Sept. 23, 2019.
Below are the travel restrictions and access information.
▪️ Westbound traffic on FM 1093 (heading toward Weston Lakes) - Drivers will continue to use the existing westbound lanes, and then will shift to new concrete before the current FM 359/FM 1093 intersection. The anticipated shift area will be east of Fulshear Auto Care near Syms Road.
▪️Eastbound traffic (coming from Weston Lakes/James Lane area)- All traffic will use the new 2-lane roadway.
▪️Syms Road -All businesses and homes will still have access to FM 1093.
▪️Exiting Syms Road - Right turn only. The U-turn near FM 359 intersection should be utilized by all traffic needing to go eastbound.
▪️Wilson Road - Closed at FM 1093. All traffic must use FM 359 or Syms Road to exit onto FM 1093.
▪️Fulshear Trace Crossover into the Fulbrook - Closed.
▪️Lake Hill Farm Way at FM 1093 - Open for use. Exiting traffic will be able to make a right turn only. To go west toward Weston Lakes/Simonton, use the intersection at FM 359 and Fulshear Trace (turn left at FM 359/Fulshear Trace, turn left at FM 1093).
▪️James Lane - Full access to 1093, right and left turns allowed.
