FORT BEND COUNTY (Covering Katy/Covering Fort Bend News) – Mohammed "Mo" Nehad Abdulhameed is running for Fort Bend County Precinct 3 Constable as a Democrat.
Born in Kuwait, Abdulhameed says he has been in law enforcement for five years, first as a patrol deputy with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office and now as a member of the University of Texas System Police in Houston where he serves as a mental health officer, field training officer and an instructor.
“Mo has managed up to 200 employees on his teams while working at Verizon Wireless, Kout Food Group - Kuwait and Lisle Violin,” said campaign representative Stefan Wong. “Mo is also responsible for the oversight of his family real estate investment properties in Harris County and Fort Bend County,” Wong said.
Abdulhameed promises a different management style if elected.
I will “boost employee morale while keeping promises made to the residents and staff,” Abdulhameed said.
“Mo believes in promoting employees based on performance and seniority within the organization,” Wong said.
Abdulhameed is married, has three children and plays the cello.
