FULSHEAR (Covering Katy News) - Fulshear Police have confirmed that Mohammad Hadi, 72, has been found and that he's being evaluated. No other information was provided about his condition. A picture was posted on Facebook of him in the bed of a pickup truck shortly before being transferred to a stretcher.

Shortly before Hadi was located there were plans to bring in Texas EquuSearch to provide even more coverage first thing Tuesday morning.

Hadi went missing Sunday night and was not found until Monday in the early evening. Bloodhounds, drones, the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office helicopter, and numerous officers and citizens all took part in the search.

The search late Monday afternoon focused on the area around Tamarron Parkway and Cross Creek Bend Blvd. to Fulshear Bend to the HEB.

Hadi went walking from his residence on Thornsby Ridge Court in Cross Creek Ranch on Sunday. It is normal for him to be gone for up to two hours on his walks but he never returned.

Earlier, Police said Hadi was of sound mind so when he went missing it was very surprising.

It is not clear why he was missing for so long.

Covering Katy will update this story if more information is provided but frequently there is little or no information provided after a missing person is found.
