Thief hold stolen gun

This thief was captured on home surveillance video holding a stolen gun taken from an unlocked vehicle in Fulshear.

FULSHEAR (Covering Katy News) - Fulshear Police are looking for the public's help finding four suspects who they believe stole two vehicles and robbed several others.

On Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2019, between the hours of 2 a.m. and 2:30 a.m., four suspects of unknown race, wearing long sleeved hoodies, stole two vehicles and entered three cars to steal unsecured items. It happened on the west side of Cross Creek Ranch.

"They went door to door looking for unlocked cars,' said a Fulshear P.D. Facebook post. "In each case, the doors were left unlocked."

The vehicles that were stolen were easily removed. Their owners left key fobs inside according to the police. One of the stolen vehicles was later recovered in north Harris County according to the Fulshear P.D.

"One of the vehicles had a pistol stolen out of it," the post said. The thief was captured on home surveillance video holding the gun.

"We have all left items in our vehicles and we have all failed to remember to lock our cars at some point in our life. Let's not judge. Please get into a habit of locking up EVERY NIGHT. If at all possible put your vehicles in the garage," the post said.

This has been going on for a while. If you are still leaving an unlocked car, you are a moron.
