SUGAR LAND (Covering Fort Bend News) – Sugar Land police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man who is suspected of stealing a woman’s wallet out of her purse while she was shopping.

On Saturday, July 20, an unidentified Hispanic male stole the victim’s wallet from her purse while she was shopping at J.C Penny. The theft took just seconds to commit and was captured on the store’s surveillance cameras.

The Hispanic male is believed to be between 25-35 years of age, thin build and approximately 5’06” to 5’08” tall. He has black hair and appears to have a mustache and a small beard.
