FORT BEND COUNTY (Covering Fort Bend News) – The suspects in last weekend’s machete attack have been identified as the victim’s stepdaughter and her boyfriend, who are now on the run.
The Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office is now asking for the public’s help locating Usaria Quiera Castillo, 19, and Josiah Malik Brown, 20. They were last seen leaving on foot from the 17200 block of Pastoria Drive.
Around 11:50 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 25, Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to the 17200 block of Pastoria Drive, in the Houston area of Fort Bend County.
A 42-year-old man had been assaulted with a baseball bat and a machete by his stepdaughter and her boyfriend. The victim was life-flighted to the hospital with several stab wounds.
“We must find these two dangerous criminals,” said Sheriff Troy Nehls.
The victim remains in the hospital in stable condition.
