WEST HARRIS COUNTY (Covering Katy News) - Deputies with Constable Ted Heap’s Office recently arrested Sidney Wiley on felony drug possession charges.  They say he was in possession of dozens of ecstasy pills, several bottles of Lean.  Deputies says they also found thousands of dollars in his vehicle following a routine traffic stop.

The bust happened on a section of Clay Road that's inside the the Addicks Rservoir between Highway 6 and Beltway 8.

Wiley, 36, was pulled over Tuesday morning, July 16, for allegedly not having a state-issued license plate on his car.

Deputies say they also discovered Wiley had two open felony warrants for his arrest "in a nearby county."

Inside Wiley’s vehicle, deputies found say they discovered nearly $4,700, two bags of Ecstasy pills, and 9 bottles of illegal “Lean,” a liquid concoction of prescription codeine and promethazine.

Wiley was arrested on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. He was taken to the Harris County Jail, where he is being held on a $30,000 bond.
