Harris County Precinct 5 Deputies Learn Effective Interviewing Techniques

HOUSTON (Covering Katy News) – Several of Harris County Precinct 5 Constable Ted Heap’s deputies spent of last week in interview school with their colleagues from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, the Precinct 4 Constable’s Office, Houston Police Department, and other local agencies.

“Our own Chief Deputy Brian Harris, a longtime Precinct 5 veteran and former HPD Homicide detective, instructed the three-day class for more than 100 officers and deputies, teaching them interviewing techniques for use in investigating crimes,” said a statement from Constable Heap.

Precinct 5 patrols the unincorporated areas of Katy Harris County.
