Unfortunately, 7Meadows HOA will not give the owner a chance to vote against rebuilding the fence any more. Since last year, the HOA fee of 7M has increased by 190 dollars per family, which is said to be ten years, even if community funds are in the bank, community walls are not so bad that they have to be rebuilt .Currently, the 7M HOA fee is 1200 dollars. But It is said that it will still increase for security and other reasons, which is the highest level of Katy.
