HOUSTON (Covering Katy News) – After a long night of heavy rain the Addicks Reservoir still has plenty of capacity.

As of 5:13 a.m. the water level was at 83.37 feet.  State Highway 6 flooding does not occur until the reservoir reaches about 96 feet. House flooding would not occur until it reaches a level of 104 feet.
