HARRIS COUNTY (Covering Katy News) - A woman who victim lost her wallet in July later learned that someone had opened a bank account and started writing checks in her name. It appears other accounts were opened in her name as well and now Harris County Precinct 5 Constable Ted Heap hopes the public can find the thief who is wanted for forgery and fraudulent use of identification.

Security cameras in multiple retail and banking establishments in Cypress, Southwest Houston and League City captured the suspect on video. She appears to be a black female in her late twenties, 5-foot-5 to 5-foot-8 inches tall, weighing 150-170 pounds with tattoos on both thighs. She has black hair and wears glasses at times.
