Precinct 5 Foundation

HARRIS COUNTY (Covering Katy News) - The Harris County Constable Precinct 5 Foundation officially launched this week. It will provide a new way for you to help support Constable Ted Ted Heap's deputies and staff, who serve Harris County Precinct 5.

Precinct 5 is a large area and includes all of Katy's unincorporated areas in Harris County, and much of northwest Harris County.

The Precinct 5 Foundation is a non-profit 501c3 organization established to directly support the efforts of the Harris County Constable’s Office Precinct 5.

"Our mission is simple: Creating partnerships for a stronger and safer community," said a statement posted by the Constable's office.

"The money raised by your donations will fill the gaps in our county-mandated budget, providing much needed items such as specialized equipment and training, community outreach, youth programs, senior citizen programs, and educational programs. These are just some of the initiatives that would go unfunded without your help through the new Five Foundation."
